We at Dethana want you to shop with us with absolute confidence. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days from receipt of the order.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in brand-new condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories
- Accompanied by a valid order confirmation or receipt

When you need to send something back, you have to pay to get it to us.
Refunds
When we get your returned item, we'll check it out and then give you your refund within 7 days, not counting weekends and holidays.
If you're getting a refund, it will go back to the same way you paid for things in the first place.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges right now.
If you want something different, just send back what you bought and we'll give you a refund. Then you can place a new order for what you really want.
Sale & Final Sale Items
